Your shopping list for our Paint at Home Pottery and Clay at Home kits
We realise that not everyone can get to us when they wish to for many reasons and especially during covid19 restrictions in Lancashire and national lockdown. Often, we have found this year we are stuck at home with limited entertainment. So, we have come up with the option for you to paint pottery at home using our paint at home pottery kits or create your very own piece in clay with our Clay at Home kits.
To make it easy we include a leaflet explaining how to use the paints and ideas of how to create patterns, a colour chart for mixing other colours (or you can order extra pots of colour) and a health and safety sheet for the paints.
As of 4th January National Lockdown;
The kits are available on Click and Collect through our website or over the phone and then collect from our studio.
If you would like one posting to a friend or family member or to yourself please contact us to arrange postage.
Collection times – you select these at the end of your shopping. Currently Wednesday late afternoon/evening and Saturday morning. However if we can, we will meet at other times whilst you are out on essential journeys, just put request in the notes on your order and we will call you. You will have to select Wednesday or Saturday to be able to check out thanks
You choose the pottery item/s you wish to paint

Pottery paint set
If you are painting tableware items you must paint them with pottery paints and return them to be glazed and fired 4 U. This is so they are sealed to be food safe just the same as your plates are at home.
These paint sets have 5 colours in them; Red, yellow, blue, white and black then you can mix your own shades and includes 1 small brush and the glazing and firing fee for your pottery. The set will do up to 3-4 small pieces, 2 medium pieces or 1-2 large piece depending on how you choose to paint the pottery.
Acrylic paint set
This is great for just ornaments, the strip of 8 small pots with different colours has the full rainbow range in it. These colours dry with a matt finish and do not need to go into the kiln. You can always add a varnish of your choice or give a coat of pva glue over it to add a sheen. Includes one small brush.
