I hand paint your personalised design on to ceramic pottery items in colour, along with a name and a personalised message from you if you would like one. This saves you the frustration of trawling around the shops unable to find something unique and saving you precious time in your busy life for you to spend in a happier way. Some of our personalised items require me to see you in the studio to be “Created at Fired 4 U WITH You” this can be linked to the start of the category? for example to capture the hand or paw prints needed to make the gift. We will observe care and social distancing to achieve this to make the gifts
Our other gifts “Created at Fired 4 U FOR You” this can be linked to the start of the category? I can gain the information needed via the Telephone and on line to create them for you.
I can recreate items for you seen in my online shop or something different. Just tell me your requirements for each item and I will Create it 4 U!
I can work with your thoughts and ideas together with what is doable on the pottery or with the clay, then we can work together to create a bespoke design 4 U!
An example of what I do; If you want a blue mug…. you may be in the wrong place as you can pop to the shops for one of those…… HOWEVER if you want a handmade / hand painted mug personalised for the person you are giving it to with maybe their favourite saying on it or the favourite car logo or a favourite place, something associated with their work or hobby along with their name and a personal message from you underneath and maybe a BLUE handle… then it can be created 4 U! How special can the creation you want, be?
How long will it take Jane to create this for you?
Most handmade and hand painted pottery creations take about 2 weeks to create, depending on design time and number of firings required in my Kilns called Katy and Kelvin. At the time of ordering it will depend on how busy I am as to how soon I can get creating for you.
Please note; the hand painted kitchen and bathroom tiles can take longer depending on quantities required.
Where do I collect the bespoke creations from?
Once finished the hand painted pottery dinner plates, teapots, mugs and tile creations can be collected from my studio, Fired 4 U here in Preston, Lancashire or they can be posted to you. Please note when posting we pack them with extreme care to reach you safely, however the insurance in the parcel postage with Royal mail does not cover breakable items. I don’t wish to tempt fate but we have a great track record to date.
