Personalised family tree plaque

This plaque is 8inches long by 4inches wide, normally has 4 holes along the lower edge to hang 4 small hearts from. More than one heart can be hung per hole.

There are 2 holes on the top edge to hang the plaque up by ribbon provided to best match the colours used in painting.

I can paint on this saying or another saying for you whichever is appropriate for your family.

Colour choice is up to you also, you can choose a colour for the background of the plaque and hearts and pick a colour for the writing and any added designs around the edge. Please give us the details in the comment box when processing your payment

The price listed includes 4 hanging hearts strung on to the plaque. If you require more hearts to hang from the plaque they are an additional £3 each. I can do a separate listing for you if this is the case, please just message me for this.

A very unique individual piece, the photo shows even the beloved dog Max was included!
